HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!

Here's hoping you take the time to wear a little green, find a little green for yourselves, and remember to celebrate the fact we're alive and well.

As my good friend Michael Morgan loves to say:

"May the road rise up to meet you, and may the wind at your back always be your own."

Here's to you old friend. God Bless The Irish!!

DRAGON FROG BY THE FANS!

It just keeps getting better and better.

Not only have the fans of Dragon Frog been kind enough to send their comments, we've got new talent putting their artistic stamp on their favorite comic book!

This is a drawing by 8-year old Diego. Upon reading Dragon Frog Issue #1: The Humbaba, Diego's sister told us "he has done nothing but draw images from the story and asked when a new one is coming out".

Soon enough, Diego.

Keep on drawing in the meantime buddy. The world needs more artists!!

FANS SHOUT OUT THEIR PRAISES FOR DRAGON FROG!

Many of you have gone to the Big Fly Creative Works website and have been kind enough to let us know what you think:

"My son and I loved the first issue. We can't wait for more! Go Dragon Frog!!"

"Thank you so much! We all loved Dragon Frog! I knew my son would but my husband surprised me. He couldn’t stop looking at it. My son thought it was so cool that Sergio thought of the idea when he was in 6th grade, since my son is in 6th grade right now. Coincidence?? I don’t think so!"

"The comic book is great!"

"I am extremely excited about this developing storyline! The images and words are perfectly combined to appeal to the younger reader, which instills confidence once they realize they don’t need somebody else’s help reading this story. Ever since showing “Dragon Frog” to my younger brother, he has done nothing but draw images from the story and asked when a new one is coming out. I highly recommend this to anyone reading this comment-your interest shows you have the potential to be amazed at what kind of world an author is capable of creating."

"I just finished reading your comic...awesome! I think you have a winner."

At the 2009 New York Comic Con, a librarian came to the Dragon Frog booth and looked through Issue #1. She read the short introduction about Wally Wallas on the inside cover and immediately told me how her son triumphed over his own crippling disability, one the child's doctors assured her could not be overcome. She thanked me because she knew her son was going to be thrilled to read a story that mirrored his own, and how she was sure it would inspire him even further.

And that is what it's all about.
